How it works
During a cleanup visit, we remove the pet waste first, then apply Odour Eliminator to help manage lingering smells in the cleaned area. For standalone treatment, we confirm any preparation with you when arranging the visit.

Yes. Odour Eliminator is included with recurring and one-time Scoop I Do cleanup services at no additional charge.
Can I arrange treatment on its own?
Yes. Standalone residential treatment starts at $50, tax included. Commercial treatment is quoted separately, plus HST. We will confirm the service scope and price with you before work begins.
Does treatment replace waste removal?
No. Pet waste should be removed before treatment. Odour Eliminator helps manage lingering smells; standalone treatment does not include a waste cleanup.
How should I prepare for a visit?
Provide access to the area being treated and keep dogs inside or secured unless we have arranged otherwise. Tell us about any access instructions or concerns when arranging your visit.
