How do I get started?
Call, text, email or contact us online. We'll help you choose the right service for your yard
Do I need to be home during service?
No. Most of our clients are not home during service. Just make sure we have access to your yard through a gate or side entrance. If you have a gate code, please provide it when booking.
What if my dog is outside during service?
We love dogs, but for the safety of both your pet and our team, we ask that dogs remain inside or are secured during service. If your dog is friendly and you'd like them to be out, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate. If a dog prevents safe access to the yard, we may have to skip the visit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-transfer and cash. For one-time services, payment is due upon completion. Recurring services are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
What if I need to skip a service?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Late cancellations, missed visits, or properties that are inaccessible when we arrive may be charged. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an upcoming visit.
Do you provide an arrival time for service?
We don't provide exact arrival times because our technicians follow scheduled routes throughout the day. We'll send you a text approximately one hour before arrival, so you know when we're on the way.
